Create your own zippy bot in minutes with this fun-filled electronics kit! Bristlebots are a fun way to learn about basic engineering, motor, circuits, and principals of balance. Creating a bot is simple, just attach the parts to the toothbrush head and watch them go. Change the way they move and behave by adjusting the balance and pipe cleaners. A great summer break activity to pick up and complete at your own pace. For children ages 9+.
Please note there is no Zoom program associated with this event. Participants must be available to pick up a kit on July 30th. Limit of one kit per household. Participants will be emailed pick-up instructions the week of the program.
[Note to all Summer Reading Club Participants: making this bristlebot can unlock the "Maker Badge"]
