Event Details

Help the Lorax and speak for the trees! We're celebrating Earth Day throughout April, and we're asking 3-12 year olds to take the pledge to protect the environment and do all they can do to help!

Here's your Earth Day Challenge:

  1. Take the time to pick up at least 25 items of garbage in your community (don't forget to wear gloves and stay with an adult) and/or plant at least 5 seeds (ask a grown-up to help you).
  2. Then come into the Main Library and tell us which challenge(s) you completed before April 30 to receive your certificate and a small token of our appreciation!
